These terms apply when you use Noga CV. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who we are

Noga CV, listed in the stores as “AI Resume Builder - CV Maker” and formerly called “CV Expert”, is an app for Android and iOS provided by Noga Apps, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].

Licence to use the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.

Your content

You own the content you put in your CVs. You are responsible for making sure it is accurate and truthful and that you have the right to use it. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the features you use, as described in the privacy policy.

AI suggestions

AI suggestions are generated text. They can be incomplete or wrong. Review and edit every suggestion before you use it. Using the app does not guarantee an interview, a job offer or any other result.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to create false, misleading, unlawful or infringing content, to impersonate someone else, or to disrupt, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the app or our server.

Free version and ads

The free version shows ads. Some features, such as AI help and downloads, are supported by short ads.

Pro subscriptions

• Pro is offered as a monthly or a yearly subscription. The price and the period are shown in the app before you confirm.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price until you cancel it. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next one.
• You manage and cancel the subscription in your Google Play or Apple subscription settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it.
• If a free trial is offered, its length is shown before you start it. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.

Unlock this CV

“Unlock this CV” is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It applies to that one CV on that device. It cannot be moved to another CV or device, and it is lost if you delete that CV or remove the app without a device backup.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Refunds follow the refund policy of the store you bought from.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Noga Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, income or opportunities, arising from your use of the app.

Apple users

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with a new date at the top. If you keep using the app after a change, the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
